Appointment & Zoom Booking Cancellation Policy

We value your time and dedication to your dog’s transformation, and we ask that you respect ours. Because we reserve dedicated time slots for each client and limit the number of active cases we take on, the following policy applies to all Zoom consultations and on-site coaching appointments:

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time.

  • Late Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a fee equal to [50% / 100%] of the session cost [OR: will result in the forfeiture of that session from your prepaid package].

  • No-Shows: If you miss an appointment without notifying us (including failing to log into a Zoom call within [10/15] minutes of the start time), the session will be considered a "No-Show" and will be charged at the full rate. No refunds or make-up sessions will be issued.

  • Emergency Exceptions: We understand that sudden emergencies, severe weather, or unexpected dog illnesses happen. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. This policy allows us to keep our schedule organized and open up available slots to other dogs and owners in need of urgent behavioral support.
